Usui Reiki I Training
There are three main initiations into Usui Reiki - this first level, Reiki I, is the self-practice level.
In Reiki I, over the course of a day with me, you learn hands on Reiki healing techniques and be attuned to the energy to enable you to heal yourself and begin to treat family and friends too.
No previous experience of energy work is required - but it might be helpful if you’ve experienced a treatment before.
After attunement, there is a 21-day detox period during which time there is a clearing of the mental, physical and spiritual elements associated with each of the seven chakras.
By the end of the 21-days, your whole system will be readjusted and rebalanced allowing you to be a clear channel for Reiki.
Reiki I training takes place in my little garden cabin in Crosshaven - with a maximum group size of 3. You’ll receive a manual and certificate. Cost is €200 per person.

Usui Reiki II Training
Usui Reiki II training is the second of three levels and both deepens your connection to the energy, for self-practice and qualifies you as a Reiki Practitioner - empowering you to channel reiki and offer energy healing treatments to clients in exchange for payment.
In Reiki II, you will receive three of four sacred symbols to enable you to amplify the energy and send distanced healing.
You don’t have to have completed your Reiki I with me, to do your Reiki II - I’m happy to accept a Reiki I certificate from any other Usui Reiki Master teacher.
I would ask that, at a minimum, you’ve completed the 21-day post Reiki 1 detox period, before embarking on Reiki II.
Training takes place, again, in my little garden cabin in Crosshaven - with a maximum group size of 3. You’ll receive a manual and a certificate upon completion, which will enable you to get practitioner insurance. Cost is €200 per person.

Usui Reiki Master Training
The third Reiki initiation, is the Master Level of Training.
I teach Reiki III over two days, during which time we’ll go back through the full Reiki I and Reiki II courses - this time with an emphasis on how to instruct and attune others.
You will also receive and be attuned with the final sacred symbol - the master symbol.
Again, you do not have to have completed either your Reiki I or Reiki II with me - I’m happy to accept certificates from any other Usui Reiki Master teachers.
Reiki III training takes place in my little garden cabin in Crosshaven, and for this I prefer to work 1-to-1 with students.
As well as receiving your Reiki III manual and certificate, you will also receive a full teaching pack from me - with digital and editable versions of all three manuals and certificates to use in your own teaching practice. Cost is €600 in total.
